What Customers Say About Torani Sugar-Free Syrup, Hazelnut, 25.4-Ounce Bottle (Pack of 3):

It is a lot like what they use at Dunkin Donuts I can only wish they had it in sugar free coconut. I love this product, I have been looking for something like this for a while. It taste great and does not take room up in my refridgerator.
I tried to rate it "zero" stars, but couldn't. I have purchased this product twice - the first time it was great. The second, I returned it because it tasted "off".
And the price is the best. This syrup is perfect for making Italian cream sodas or flavoring your coffee. Great deal. If you were to buy this size in a store, it would cost you twice as much as Amazon does. I love the taste of hazelnut and I recommend this flavor. I like the fact that I could get 3 bottles instead of just one.
Bring back the original original - I'm keeping my eyes out for the "classic" Coffee shop across from work has switched to another brand for the sugar free hazelnut due to all the complaints. Loved the original formula, but the new and improved tastes burnt or like burnt caramel - it's awful. Just returned a bottle marked "original" on the bottle but "new and improved" on the neck.
Called Torani's and was told that 'yes' the formula had been changed and there had been so many complaints that they will soon be releasing the original flavor again (which has a richer, more mellow taste) but under the name 'Classic Hazelnut'. The new product is quite 'artificial' tasting. We will order again when it comes out. Have used the sugar-free Hazelnut syrup for a couple years now. Just got this 3-pack and discovered the flavor is waaay different; and not in a good way if you liked the original.
